This Saturday, November 7th, is a great day for homebrewers! Its the AHA sponsored “Teach a Friend to Homebrew” or “The Big Brew Day” where homebrewers teach those who desire to learn the art of homebrewing. So, get all of your friends together, show them all about Homebrew School, and start brewing this Saturday!

Since its getting close to the winter days, I think some great beers to brew for this weekend include Stouts, Nut Brown Ales, or even a nice, dark Strong Scottish Ale. A rich, robust, and flavorful dark brew is perfect for this time of year. It seems to warm the belly and soul.
